Returns and Refunds Policy

You may cancel your order in writing within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

To cancel, please send an email to info@puelectrical.co.uk for lighting orders or orders@puelectrical.co.uk for electrical goods. Please note that cancellation notifications via telephone are not accepted. Ensure to include your order reference in all correspondence.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. This includes returning all lamps/bulbs if they were supplied. A refund will be processed, less any applicable carriage or postage charges.

Please be aware that if you are returning goods, you are responsible for the return postage costs. Returns must be confirmed within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Unwanted items should be securely packed (in original packaging, without any writing or tears on the box) and returned via a courier that offers a tracked service. If necessary, consider purchasing additional insurance to cover the value of the returned items, as PU Electrical does not take responsibility for lost or damaged items during the return process.

Exclusions

This returns policy does not apply to goods that have been manufactured or tailored specifically for you. For example, specially manufactured crystal chandeliers or modified electrical goods cannot be returned for a refund.

If you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, a refund will only be issued once the canceled order has been returned to our warehouse.

Returned goods will be inspected for any signs of use, damage, misuse, or neglect. Refunds will be processed within 30 days for any sums paid by you, minus carriage/postage costs. If there is any doubt about the condition of the returned goods, PU Electrical reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund.

Faulty Items

In the case of a faulty item, you may be asked to repurchase the item, as we do not accept advanced returns. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and can offer a refund or replacement if it meets the above criteria.

Ensure your order number is marked on the outside of the return package for easy identification.
