Xpelair LV100BHPT 12 Volt Single Speed Fan with Humidistat and TimerThe LV100BHPT (Humidity + Pullcord +Timer) gives complete peace of mind whether you are showering or enjoying bathtime with the kids with water being splashed everywhere.  This fan is a 4 inch (100mm) standard fan that is 12V Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV).With the SELV transformer being located outside the reach of any person using the shower or bath, the fan has been specifically designed to be installed directly over the splash area, zone 1, with total safety.The unit is supplied with a universal mounting kit making it suitable for wall, ceiling or window mounting (in single glazing up to 6mm) applications.  The kit includes an air operated backdraught shutter.All models are supplied with a 12V SELV transformer.The LV100BHT (Humidity + Pullcord +Timer)  conforms to Building Regulations relating to mechanical ventilation for toilets and bathrooms.BenefitsExtract Performance is 85 cubic metres per hour - 24 litres per secondSound pressure level (dB/A at 3 metres) is 37Electrical Power Rating is 13WFeatures:
  • The unit is a single speed SELV 100mm (4") axial extract fan with a remote transformer
  • 4" with Humidity + Pull Cord + Timer
  • Automatic On/Off operation by integral humidity sensor which is adjustable from 50-90percent RH
  • Adjustable timer function (2-20mins)
  • The unit has a 'lubricated for life' motor with thermal cut-out protection
  • The clip-on/clip-off front cover makes the unit extremely easy to clean
  • Fan units are IPX5 rated
  • BEAB approved
